The Department of Speech and Hearing Science and the City of Urbana will celebrate World Voice Day starting at 11:15 a.m. Thursday, April 16, in the lobby of the Speech and Hearing Science Building at 901 S Sixth St., Champaign, Illinois. All Voices Matter!
Join the speech and hearing science community as the City of Urbana proclaims 4/16 World Voice Day. Urbana City Council Member James Quisenberry will visit SHS and read the proclamation on behalf of Urbana Mayor DeShawn Williams (City of Urbana).
Champaign City Council Member Matthew Gladney read the proclamation and recognized the occasion at Tuesday's City Council meeting.
