WGGP and CLACS are hosting a film screening of 'Tarpuna: el maíz', a documentary that highlights the cultural and agricultural importance of corn in the Ecuadorian highlands. 'Tarpuna,' which translates to 'to sow' in Kichwa, the ancestral Andean language, features the efforts of local guardians to preserve, exchange, and reproduce this sacred seed.  Please register here.
