Brad Miller from Procter & Gamble will be presenting to the Sociology Ambassador class, SOC 199, on Wednesday, September 30th, 2020 at 3:30pm. He will discuss the value sociologists bring to companies such as P&G. He will highlight recent social justice campaigns P&G has launched and explain how work such as his is vital to these endeavors. All Sociology majors are invited to attend the SOC 199 class to hear him speak!

Brad leads Procter & Gamble's first-ever Smart Lab - a space where they use smart technologies and sensors to study consumer behaviors. At the Smart Lab, they do consumer analytics and insights for all businesses within the Company.

From Brad's profile: "I am most excited to be working with some incredibly brilliant students from the University of Illinois. Their natural drive and desire to innovate is inspiring on every level. Being able to use some cool tech to do some incredibly detailed analyses is more fun than you could possibly imagine.
I am an expert in using data and analytics to derive insights into human desires. I find great satisfaction in pulling meaningful insights from disparate data sets. It's difficult to cut through the noise and find the relevant information, but it’s what I love doing."
