Hungry? Short on cash? Come and eat! The Jubilee Café provides a weekly meal, free to anyone. We will serve Mondays, 5:00-6:30 at 805 S. 6th St (directly across from Espresso Royal). The meal is served restaurant style, with homemade food.
Students, staff, state employees and retirees can get free flu shots from 11am - 1pm at the IKE/Ikenberry Commons, Lobby. See the McKinley flu vaccine information page for requirements, other locations, and times.

Registration forms can be mailed, faxed, or dropped off at the Ice Arena.
A food pantry run by U of I students specifically for U of I and Parkland students. For students who live in an apartment or house that does not have a meal plan. Bring your I-card!
Pet therapy has been found to help you relax, decrease anxiety, and lower blood pressure. Stop at La Casa and pet some animals to end the semester on a positive note. FREE food from Maize will be provided (while supplies last)!

From 6pm-9pm on Reading Day (Dec. 14th), the Women's Resources Center will provide a movie and activities for kids and adjacent study space for their parents/guardians who are students.

The Spurlock Museum will host Mindful Meditation sessions from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm on Fridays, November 10 and 17 and December 1, 8, and 15. Leader Mary Wolters of Green Yoga Spa will help participants bring a focus to their breathing and share tips on how to engage mindfully. No registration or special equipment is necessary. A Friday lunchtime series of free yoga classes introduces participants to the fundamentals of hatha yoga: seated and standing asanas (poses), breath awareness, and relaxation techniques. Participants should bring their own yoga mats and wear comfortable clothing.
