Join partners from McKinley Health Center and Campus Recreation for a 3-class cooking series teaching students to engage in cost-effective, time-saving, and nutritious meal preparation. Don’t forget your takeaway containers! All participants will enjoy sampling 27 recipes and will receive ample portions to take home.

Classes introduce participants to the fundamentals of hatha yoga: seated and standing asanas (poses), breath awareness, and relaxation techniques. Participants should bring their own yoga mats and wear comfortable clothing. Classes are limited to 20 participants on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note, yoga will not be held on March 8 or March 22.
