Mia Ives-Rublee is a disabled Asian American activist who founded and coordinates the Women’s March Disability Caucus. She also contracts with numerous organizations to help them use a disability justice lens in their own work and increase the integration of disabled people in their organizing spaces. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology at the University of IL.

All students registered with DRES are encouraged to apply for the DRES Achievement and Leadership Awards. There are 23 Scholarships all with monetary awards. To be considered for an award, please read the criteria and description of the awards and complete the application by February 7, 2020.
