Factoring in the Human Element when Designing for Change in the Railroad Industry
The conference is designed for professionals in structural engineering to gather and discuss exciting new developments in the field, gain timely job-related information, network with colleagues, and renew their sense of professional purpose.

This three day conference will have presentations, discussions, and a technical tour that focus on the state of the art in timber, concrete, steel, and composite crosstie and fastening system design, performance, research, modeling, and inspection.
