Hi German Language and Culture Fans,
Come join the UIUC German Club Sports in Germany Series on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 3pm and Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 3pm on ZOOM.
This event will be interactive and will give you a chance to understand what role sport plays in German culture, how Fußball and Handball specifically are practiced, and how Germans celebrate their sports teams. Get first-hand insight into Germany's club sport culture from our German guests who play these sports and will also be answering all of your questions during the Q&A session.
Are you currently taking German but worry that you won't know anyone at the event? Invite a friend and introduce them to the culture you're studying; no German language skills are required for this event!
