The graduate students in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign are pleased to announce that the 40th Annual Graduate Philosophy Conference will take place April 20-21, 2018. Keynoting the conference is Harry Brighouse, Mildred Fish-Harnack Professor of Philosophy of Education, Professor of Philosophy, Carol Dickson-Bascom Professor of the Humanities, and Affiliate Professor of Educational Policy Studies at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. This event is open to the public.
