Join us for a screening of the 1922 silent horror film directed by F. W. Murnau. Max Schreck stars as Count Orlok, a vampire who terrorizes a small German town.

Laurie Johnson (Professor, Germanic Languages & Literatures; Director, Campus Honors Program) will provide a brief introduction about Werner Herzog’s Nosferatu the Vampyre, the 1979 remake of Murnau’s earlier film.

A reception will follow.
