Registration for the fall 2021 Virtual Statistics and Mathematics Career Forum is now live on Handshake! You should have already received an invite from Handshake. Steps to register are detailed below.
Here’s what you need to know:
WHAT: Virtual Statistics and Mathematics Career Forum
WHEN: September 21st from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm CDT
WHO: This forum is exclusive for undergraduate & graduate students in Statistics, Statistics + CS, Mathematics, & Mathematics + CS
HOW: Use Handshake to register for the event by clicking on the event link in the invitation. The Zoom link will be released through Handshake on September 21. Only those registered for the event in Handshake will be able to access it.
* An additional invitation will be posted in Handshake in the near future to include students who have not yet enrolled. Students who have already registered can ignore additional invitations for the event.
What can you be doing now?
- Log into Handshake and make sure your basic information (i.e. Major & School Year) is filled in correctly. These fields are important for not only the Forum invite but they also can be used by employers to filter students to invite to their events.
- Update your resume with your summer internship or work experience.
