The purpose of the Take 10 for Stress Relief Challenge is to promote stress reduction activity in campus employees. By adopting stress reduction activities as a daily habit, employees can improve their health and well-being.

In this workshop you will understand the importance of empathy and learn skills to enhance you personal empathy skills. At the conclusion, you will be able to apply empathy developing strategies to future interactions with others.
Learn how to make sushi in your own home! We will make California rolls, cucumber salad, miso soup and some of your favorite sauces with fresh ingredients and equipment that most people already have in their own kitchen.
A reception will be held for the current exhibition at the Women's Resources Center, My(tho)histories. My(tho)histories is a collection of works by Julian Pahre, a two-time alum of the University of Illinois. Drawing from personal and mythic narratives, the artwork in this show queries notions of gender, sexuality, narrative and heroism.
